3/12/19 Tuesday Luncheon Meeting, Joe Koenig, “I am D.B. Cooper”

 Our speaker, Joe Koenig, a retired Michigan State Police Officer,  has authored many articles and the award-winning book, “Getting the Truth.” The book is about reading between the lines, distinguished truth from deception and learning to sculpt your questions to get the truth. In his new book, Getting the Truth – “I am D.B. Cooper,” released in January 2019, he applies his investigative experience and forensic linguistics expertise to identify Walt Reca as the real D.B. Cooper.
