Special Olympics (World Soccer) Unified Cup Being Held in Detroit

Thank you Lions of MD11 for helping with the Special Olympics Unified Cup in Detroit Michigan. Monday night was a night out on the Detroit Princess Riverboat (sponsored by LCIF) where they were able to let loose, relax, dance and flirt with the other teams!! LCIF has been a sponsor of Special Olympics for 25 years. The two teams holding the Lion banner were sponsored by their home country Lions Clubs!!!! MD124-Romania & the other team Naniba. Gary and I were so proud to be able to drive over and meet so many of the athletes. Good luck to all of them this week as they compete in Detroit. FYI – 4 yrs ago this was held in Brazil
